My goodness, have I told you how absolutely beautiful your little guy is?!!!! Is it still O.K. to call him "beautiful"? LOL! I know when my fella was tiny, I called him a beautiful baby all the time, but now that's nearing two, should I stick to "handsome"?! Well, anyway, they're both "beautiful" at least for a little while longer, right? Have a wonderful New Year! Blessings, Lisa
Mamatoto is Swahili for motherbaby, signifying that mother and baby are one. I am a home-birthing, responsive breastfeeding, baby-wearing, co-sleeping, cloth diapering, infant potty training, baby-led weaning, non-vaccinating, single mom to a baby boy born in summer 2008. I strongly believe that God calls mothers to take responsibility for raising their children and to be mothers all day, every day. After my baby's birth, I quit my job in Washington, DC, and moved to Colorado in hopes of building up a more stable support network and starting my own business where I can have my baby with me 24/7. I felt this was the best opportunity for me to put into practice Deuteronomy 6:6-7, "These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up."
So cute! Those are great
ReplyDeleteCute! I also enjoyed the month by month series progression! They grow so fast!
